My theme for 2022 is a coffee… and as I was looking for inspirational quotes I stumbled upon one fitting perfectly for our company office. Our company is mad about coffee. We have as many coffee machines as offices 🙂 and making coffee is our little daily ritual… well rather several rituals during the day.
Science may never come up with a better office communication system than the coffee break.

I thought it was so true I decided to digitally hand paint a sign, print it and hang it in both of our kitchens to amuse the colleagues.
First I have written the simple quote on a paper to decide which words to emphasize. Then I sketched some shapes for the layout from the popular placements based on the number and length of my emphasized words and started sketching and shaping and resketching and reshaping until I was happy with style of the words. The next challenge was the color and at the end I just decided on the chalkboard look since the Art was meant for the kitchen/ dining areas. I think it came out pretty neat 🙂 what do you think?
